(for 2.5 years ~ 4 years old kids / while 4 years old kids will have about 6 weeks to complete this and get into Freestyle program.)

  • Front Float for 10 sec & recover
  • Back Float for 10 sec & recover
  • Float for 5m & rollover float for 5m on back
  • Shrunking of shoulder
  • Treading water 30sec w/ back float
Movement & Swimming Strokes
  • 25m Freestyle Kicks
  • 25m Backstroke Kicks
  • Freestyle arm 10m simultaness with kicks
  • Backstroke arm 5m simultaness with kick
Underwater Skills
  • Streamlines
  • Breakouts – Freestyle & Backstroke
  • Forward Roll
  • Feet-First Surface Dive
Breathing Skills
  • Inhale with mouth exhale with nose
  • Bi-lateral breathing, exchanging breath during freestyle, w/o lifting it’s head
Diving Skills
  • Kneeling Dive
Timing
  • 25m – 60 seconds
  • 50m – 120 seconds
Survival & Pfd Skills
  • Signals for distress & call for help
  • Hold on an floatation aid & kick to the pool edge (at least 30 seconds ) & climb out.
  • Correctly fit into PFD
Rescue Skills
  • Call adult / lifeguard for help
  • Throw Rescue
